What is the typical lead time for an order?
Since each fixture is handcrafted to order in our New Orleans studio, our standard lead time is 2 to 4 weeks before shipping. We appreciate your patience as we build your unique piece.
Can I customize the finish or dimensions of a light fixture?
Yes, we specialize in customization. Most of our designs can be tailored with specific cord colors, metal finishes, or custom drop lengths to perfectly fit your space.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote and to verify electrical compatibility.
Are your lighting products UL listed?
All of our lighting fixtures are built using UL-listed components. While the individual components are certified, the finished handmade assemblies are tested for safety and quality before leaving our workshop.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-built lighting and modified fixtures are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I clean and maintain my brass fixtures?
We recommend using a soft, dry microfiber cloth to dust your fixtures. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the hand-applied finishes and patinas.
