Returns & Exchanges

At Sazerac Stitches, we want you to be delighted with your lighting; however, because many of our fixtures are made to order, we accept returns on standard items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Fixture

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all mounting hardware and instructions included to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item for any signs of installation or damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a 15% restocking fee.
